3 Oaks Gaming has received the green light to supply its content to Brazil’s newly regulated iGaming sector, following formal approval of its remote gaming system, RNG, and a batch of selected slot games.
The approval, granted by Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA), allows 3 Oaks to distribute titles like Lucky Penny, 3 Hot Chillies, and Coin Volcano through licensed operators.
All systems passed compliance checks tied to Brazil’s regulatory framework, which came into effect on January 1, 2025.
A strategic move into a hot marketBrazil’s iGaming market has been gathering international attention ever since its regulatory doors opened at the start of the year.
If industry projections are correct, the market could potentially generate over €6.5 billion in revenue this year alone, making it ripe for current sector players to enter into.
For 3 Oaks Gaming, the aforementioned certification signals both market potential and a growing presence in Latin America.
“Securing certification for Brazil is a fantastic achievement for 3 Oaks Gaming and a key step in our growth,” said Yuriy Muratov, Chief Commercial Officer at 3 Oaks. “The Brazilian market holds enormous potential, and we’re excited to bring our dynamic slot content to licensed operators in the region.”
Why Brazil, why now?Beyond Brazil’s sheer market size, 3 Oaks believes its content is naturally suited to regional tastes.
According to LatAm Account Country Manager Henrique De Simoni, the games’ bold visuals, hot themes, and interactive mechanics have struck a chord with players across Latin America.
“From my personal point of view, we have premium games that connect pretty well not only with the Brazilian market but throughout LatAm,” De Simoni noted. “Titles like 3 Hot Chillies, Coin Volcano, and Lucky Penny really resonate with audiences looking for entertainment and energy.”
Brazil is the latest milestone in what’s been an aggressive expansion strategy for 3 Oaks.
The company has also secured entry into regulated European markets, including a regional launch in Romania, and entered new distribution agreements through partners like WA.Technology.
With its games now officially approved for Brazil, 3 Oaks is positioning itself as a competitive player in what could become one of the most lucrative regulated gaming markets in the world.
