Stalker 2 Electric Field Safe: What is the code to open it?

DATE POSTED:November 22, 2024

Stalker 2 is full of mystery and intrigue as you progress through the vast Exclusion Zone, avoiding any potential dangers that can pop out at any time.

While you might be gathering enough loot to survive, there’s always room for more, and could be the difference between a life and death situation.

In Electric Field, there’s a Safe you can crack open with some nice items inside but you need the code.

Here, we’ll take a look at what hints you’re given to get the numbers, the code itself, and what awaits you inside.

How to open the Stalker 2 Electric Field Safe

The Stalker 2 Electric Field Safe can be found upstairs in the main building in this area, almost right in front of you as you make your way to the top floor.

As previously mentioned, the Electric Field Safe is firmly shut, requiring you to have the code to open it – you can’t even force your way in.

If you open up your map and hover over the icon, it gives you a clue as to what the code is:

“It’s a good hiding place. I’m surprised the electronics are still functional. Hopefully they still are… anyway, the code is stick, cobra, porthole, infinity.”

Obviously, this ‘code’ isn’t numbered so you need to translate this to input it into the keypad.

You basically think of how each of these would look in number form – Stick = 1, Cobra = 7, Porthole = 0, and Infinity = 8.

This makes the code string 1708 which when entered, springs open the Safe door!

Inside should be a backpack containing a bunch of items including ammo, food, and more, which isn’t the most exciting of finds but still extremely useful all the same.
