Caitlyn Jenner had launched meme coins on Solana and Ethereum bearing her name. Kim was previously charged with promoting Ethereum Max, unrelated to the second-largest crypto. She had not disclosed the $250,000 compensation she received for the promotion. The lawyers believe that Jenner could face greater legal consequences than Kardashian as she could be viewed as both an issuer and a promoter and not just a paid shill.
