Stalker 2 – Which edition should you buy?
If you are not intending to play Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl as part of a Game Pass subscription you will be looking to purchase the game for yourself. As is normal with big releases these days Stalker 2 comes in a variety of flavors ranging from the reasonably priced, up to spending a crazy amount of money to play the game. To help you make your choice we have broken them all down on this page to at least give you half a chance at buying the Stalker 2 edition that is right for you.

There are seven offerings here including some that are clearly aimed at hardcore collectors. The original Stalker physical copies have become a much-desired collector’s item from back in the day so owning a physical edition here could be a decent pick if you want something that could be worth something in the future. Of course, nothing in this life is guaranteed and it might just have to suffice with it looking pretty on your gaming shelf. The original Stalker is collectible but was never intended to be, it is collectible as a piece of gaming history. Not a pre-packaged “COLLECT ME!” bundle at the cost of more than a new Xbox.
If you are new to Stalker just content yourself with the standard digital version and don’t get FOMO for a few cosmetics you won’t use here and there.
