PropSwap announces Bally Bet as preferred sportsbook provider in new Mississippi deal

PropSwap has confirmed a partnership with Bally Bet, with the latter company named as the preferred sportsbook provider in Mississippi.

The “multi-property” agreement will cover two Bally Bet sportsbook venues, at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Biloxi and Bally’s Vicksburg, as both entities drive to harness their collective strength.

The partnership will allow bettors to resell active betting tickets on PropSwap’s significant platform, the largest secondary market in the United States. Players will be able to take advantage of the various markets on offer from Bally Bet, while potentially securing profits from selling bets before a game or play has been completed.

With the announcement yesterday (March 27), the deal went live ahead of the NCAA basketball round of 16 games, for both the men’s and women’s games.

Both organisations want to increase the ticket volume and overall handle at the sportsbook locations, while data suggests bettors are more likely to place high-value and future event wagers when there is the option for a resale exit.

Existing partnership arrangement in Mississippi

PropSwap co-founder and CEO Luke Pergande stated:

“We are forever changing how people wager on sports. Your bets no longer need to win to get paid. They simply need to improve.”

“This concept changes everything for a gambler,” he exclaimed.

PropSwap also confirmed the arrival of Dustin Gouker with the gambling industry insider set to take on an advisor role.

This foray with Bally Bet is the second partnership of the kind in Mississippi for the company, after it agreed terms with Harrah’s Gulf Coast in April last year, enabling bettors to access the PropSwap resale platform during major sporting events.

In the Magnolia state, online sports betting is only allowed within casino venues, making these partnership deals essential for expansion.

Recently, there have been discussions in the state house, with some lawmakers taking the position that it is time to negotiate and liberalize the sports betting framework. Rep. Casey Eure is one of the key proponents, with his sponsored bill aiming to secure further options for digital betting.
