Exploring Side Hustle Opportunities with Deepseek

Once you’re set up, it’s time to explore potential side hustles. Deepseek is particularly useful for identifying opportunities that require low startup costs yet have high earning potential.

For example, you might ask:

“How can I earn passive income starting as a new writer in the cryptocurrency niche?”

Crafting Effective Prompts:

Be as specific as possible. Instead of relying on your own prompts, give your starting prompt to ChatGPT and ask for it to give you an improved prompt to work with.

Here’s an improved version of your prompt that makes it clearer and more actionable:

“What are the best ways for a new writer to earn passive income in the cryptocurrency niche, including specific platforms, strategies, and content formats that work well?”

This version clarifies that you’re looking for specific methods, not just general advice. It also emphasizes passive income, which means the response should focus on strategies that continue generating revenue over time.

When I first used Deepseek, I crafted a generic prompt that didn’t require anything but free time in order to start and grow a new income stream.

How Deep is DeepSeek?

But asking DeepSeek alone is not enough to get a perspective on how DeepSeek compares to other LLM’s for helping with our quest. I wrote about using ten different large language models in a chain here, and this approach has dramatically changed how I answer all sorts of questions.

So I used my OpenRouter API asked the same question to DeepSeek as well as of 13 additional LLM’s and gathered all the answers in a document so we can compare.

Does DeepSeek really have deeper answers?

I know some of you want to get right into the details, below I’ll present my findings, but here are the raw answers provided by all 14 LLMs.

Prompt answered: What are the best ways for a new writer to earn passive income in the cryptocurrency niche, including specific platforms, strategies, and content formats that work well?

I was surprised by how DeepSeek stacked up! (flux ai image by Douglas Lampi)ChatGPT Summarizes the Findings

I downloaded the PDF report, created a new Project in ChatGPT where I can upload PDFs as part of the project knowledge base. They I asked for a complete critical analysis of each business plans.

The final answer — is not what I was expecting…

Here are the results:
