Hobold wins the Phased Sunday Million poker crown

Brazilian favorite Dalton “daltonhb” Hobold was victorious at the recent PokerStars Sunday Million Phased tournament. Hobold became the inaugural winner of the event, with the popular weekly contest having been given a re-brand.

The event included multiple phases, known as Day 1s, before concluding on Sunday, February 23. The tournament was a major success, with over 12,000 players helping to form a prize pool of $1,285,800. The action sparked an excellent start of the Sunday Million Season, with Hobold turning a $109 buy-in into $93,042 worth of winnings.
