The German lottery provider Zeal Network has signed an all-new strategic partnership with the Berlin-based software developer for slot games Gamomat.

The lottery-focused company will integrate the certified game titles from the iGaming provider, with Zeal reportedly using the deal to expand its gaming division as it will offer content that will appeal to its target audience.

The brands of the Zeal Group include Lotto24 and Tipp24.

For Gamomat, the partnership will allow them to open new channels to distribute its games which will reach a wider audience. Some of its new games include Roman Legion Flaming Link, Royal Seven XXL Flaming Link, Crystal Ball Flaming Link, Great Grizzly, and Fancy Fruits Flaming Link.

“With Gamomat’s popular games, we are expanding our portfolio with high-quality titles that will delight our customers. We are proud to have such an experienced and successful partner like Gamomat at our side and are very much looking forward to the mutual exchange,” said Alex Green, the vice president of games at Zeal.

‘Proud of our partnership,’ says Gamomat MD about Zeal deal

“We are proud of our partnership with Zeal. Our goal is to reach as many satisfied customers as possible with our portfolio,” said Robert Kocher, the Managing Director of Gamomat.

“The regulated market in Germany is a home turf for us, and therefore, the integration of our titles into Zeal’s high-quality portfolio is particularly important to us.”

This comes after both companies have had a positive start to the year, with Gamomat having won ‘Game Studio of the Year’ at the International Gaming Awards 2025.

As for Zeal, the Q1 2025 financial results were released in May with group revenue up by a huge 42%, taking it to €51.1 million.

The EBITDA almost doubled to €17.7 million, with the Gross Margin from lotteries also increasing by 17.1%. The company increased its new customers too, with growth going up by 13%.
